Elev Products. Questions and requests:contactelevprod@gmail.com.
2. What we collect
Browsing. Technical data such as IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, where the visit came from — the ad that was clicked — and interactions, through cookies and similar technologies.
Purchase. Checkout data (name, email, payment details) is collected and processed by ClickBank, the retailer. We receive from them what is needed to deliver access and provide support. We do not store card data.

We do not ask for health information on this site. If you choose to share any in a support message, it is used only to answer you.
3. Why we use it
To deliver the program you bought and support it; to meet legal and tax obligations; to measure how our pages and ads perform and show more relevant advertising; to keep the site secure; and to answer your messages.
4. Cookies and measurement
We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram), which uses cookies and similar technologies to record visits and interactions and to measure campaign results. Meta also handles that data under its own privacy policy.
You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings and adjust ad preferences in your Meta account. Blocking cookies does not prevent access to these pages.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share only what is necessary with ClickBank (payments and delivery), Meta Platforms (measurement and advertising), our hosting and infrastructure providers, and with accountants or public authorities when required by law. Some of these providers may store data outside your state or country.
6. How long we keep it
For as long as needed to fulfill the purposes above and to meet legal retention periods, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold, to request a copy, to have it corrected or deleted, to opt out of its sale or sharing, and to limit the use of sensitive information. California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA, and residents of other states have comparable rights under their own laws.
To exercise any of them, write tocontactelevprod@gmail.com. We may ask for information to confirm your identity. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a right.
8. Security and minors
We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect personal data. No system is immune to incidents; if one occurs that creates a significant risk, we will notify the people affected as the law requires. Our programs are for adults, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated. The version published here, with its date, is the one in force.
