The programs sold on this site are published by Elev Products. Contact:contactelevprod@gmail.com. Using this site or buying a program means you accept these terms.
2. What we sell
Digital educational programs — written guides, video walkthroughs and practice protocols. What each program includes is described on its own page at the time of purchase. Delivery is online; nothing is shipped.
3. Educational content, not medical advice
Our programs are educational. They do not constitute consultation, diagnosis, prescription or individual treatment, and they do not replace evaluation by a licensed healthcare provider. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Results depend on individual factors and vary from person to person; we promise no specific outcome. Anyone with a diagnosed condition, or with pain that is new or severe, should speak with a provider before starting. Our programs are for adults.
4. Payment and the retailer
ClickBank is the retailer of our programs. Prices and payment methods are the ones shown at checkout, and the charge appears on your statement under ClickBank, not under the product name. We never see your full card details.
5. Access
Access instructions are emailed as soon as the payment clears. Access is personal and non-transferable — sharing login details is not permitted. We may update or improve the content at any time without changing the substance of what you bought.
6. Refunds
Refunds follow ClickBank's return policy, which applies to every purchase made through them. Requests can be made through ClickBank customer support atclkbank.comor by writing to us.
7. Your use of the material
Text, video, images and marks are protected by copyright. You get a personal, non-exclusive license to use the material yourself. Copying, recording, reselling, distributing or making the content available to others is not permitted and may end your access without refund.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from misuse of the content, from disregarding its guidance, from the absence of professional care where it was needed, or from temporary unavailability of third-party platforms such as the payment processor or the members area.
9. Changes, law and venue
We may update these terms; the version published here is the one in force, with its date. Purchases already made follow the terms in force on the purchase date. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which the publisher is organized.
